The next Stakeholder meeting will take place in Brussels on 24 March 2009 (place to be confirmed).


VDA Technical Congress

The 11th Technical Congress of VDA – the Association of German automotive industry – will be held on 25-26 March in Wolfsburg, Germany.


FOT-Net seminar on data management

FOT-Net seminar on data gathering and handling will take place in Munich on 13 May 2009.

Collision Avoidance Systems for Trucks in the Netherlands

The Netherlands have started with a large-scale operational test for several collision avoidance systems as well as a registration system for trucks. A total of 2550 trucks will make use of these systems for a period of eight months.

International Field Operational Test stakeholders meet in New York

The first international workshop in the framework of the ERTICO-led FOT- Net project was successfully held on 20 November this year, after the ITS World Congress in New York. The workshop attracted more than 50 participants from Europe, US and Japan.
